Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: You can return items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Custom Printing Designs, Jewelry, Lap Scarves and Brooches must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items are: Wreaths, Door Leaners and Gift Baskets.

2. How to Return

Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at Email: gracegifthands@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order details and reason for the return.
Please pack the item securely and mail it to address on the label.
Shipping Costs: We don't provide cost.

3. Refunds and Exchanges 

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within [3] business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate your preference when contacting us. We will guide you through the exchange process.
